We use a similar approach for IT Management. Rather than just fixing your IT after it has broken, we work with you to proactively identify the risks around your use of IT. We then help you to manage those risks so that, even if your IT goes wrong, the impact on your business is minimal. We call this proactive IT risk management and we believe it makes sense.
